🔹 The item must be unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging and condition.

🔹 Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

🔹 Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.

🔹 Shipping fees, COD charges, and tax amounts are non-refundable.

🔹 Refunds are not applicable for customised, altered, or sale items unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

🔹 If the package is refused, returned to sender, or undeliverable due to incorrect address details, the refund will not be issued.
