Refunds are eligible only for products that are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.
To request a refund, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, along with unboxing images or videos as proof.
The item must be unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging and condition.
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.
Shipping fees, COD charges, and tax amounts are non-refundable.
Refunds are not applicable for customised, altered, or sale items unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
If the package is refused, returned to sender, or undeliverable due to incorrect address details, the refund will not be issued.
TAARÉ Studio reserves the right to refuse a refund if the returned product does not meet our quality check guidelines.
